Tom's Midnight Garden WOW Day

Tom's Midnight Garden During our wow day on Tuesday 26th September, year five had an action pact day about their current topic, Tom’s midnight garden. At the beginning of the day, the two classes wrote down as many adjectives about the objects in the garden. Later on in the morning, we went out onto the top yard to make our own garden. We did this in groups of four. After we had made the gardens, one at a time we did a tour of the garden describing the objects in it. In the afternoon, we used shoe boxes to make our own garden in our own style. We used different types of materials like paper and cardboard. Everyone designed their own miniature garden.
